You can upgrade Business Central Spring 2019 (version 14) directly to 2019 release wave 2 (version 15) or to 2020 release wave 1 (version 16). Existing customers on this version remain supported by Microsoft as defined in the Fixed Lifecycle Policy. As of October 2021, new customers cannot use this version in production. Business Central Spring 2019 (v14) is a required step to upgrade to the latest version of Business Central.
